Pierre Van Achter

Pierre Van Achter (Braine-l’Alleud, 1980) began his career as an attorney in 2005.

His practice focuses on all aspects of human resources law, both in providing advice and assisting clients in litigation. He is particularly experienced in the negotiation of employment and service contracts, individual and mass redundancies, restructurings and providing assistance to foreign companies looking to develop their business in Belgium. Pierre completed a Certificate of Pension Law from Université Catholique de Louvain in 2016.
