Open to all parents, caregivers, and allies, Parents and Caregivers (PAC) is an employee resource group dedicated to supporting those navigating the responsibilities of parenting and caregiving. Whether caring for children, aging family, loved ones with special needs, or managing multigenerational responsibilities, PAC provides a space for connection, shared experiences, and professional growth. Through its support groups and firmwide programming, PAC empowers caregivers to thrive personally and professionally while contributing to a culture of inclusion at Littler.
