Allison Wiggins

As a member of the Littler CaseSmart – Charges™ team and based in Florida, Allison Wiggins is responsible for handling charges from investigation to conclusion. She works on client-dedicated service teams, focusing on handling administrative agency charges. She investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, she defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information.

Prior to joining Littler’s CaseSmart – Charges™ team, Allison was employment counsel and lead HR for a private equity backed healthcare startup. She has also been vice president legal for a publicly traded hospitality group and previously practiced in Littler’s Orlando office. 

As a management-side employment attorney, Allison has represented clients of all sizes – from Fortune 500 companies to small independently owned businesses – in state and federal court in Florida and before administrative agencies nationwide. Allison has litigated a wide range of employment disputes, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leave and accommodation, whistleblower, breach of employment contract, and wage and hour matters. She has also counseled clients on investigations, discipline, terminations, employee handbooks, classification audits, compliance, and day-to-day employment issues. She is an experienced litigator, trusted advisor, and strategic partner.
