Tiffany din Fagel Tse represents and counsels employers facing a wide variety of labor and employment law issues, including violations of restrictive covenants claims, failure to accommodate claims, and claims of discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. She has successfully defended clients in all aspects of the litigation process and has achieved favorable outcomes in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Departments of Labor, Offices of Human Rights and other local civil rights agencies. Her practice resides in the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas, where she represents clients with local, national, and international workforces.
Tiffany has substantial experience in counseling management and human resource professionals, which includes regularly advising employers on best practices to avoid potential litigation. In this regard, she has extensive experience advising employers and defending litigation involving issues such as:

Tiffany works with a diverse range of clients, including employers in the retail, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, fitness, and government contracting industries. She also manages internal investigations on behalf of private and governmental entities, drafts and negotiates employment and severance agreements, and assists employers in updating their employment handbooks and policies to comply with recent federal and state laws.

- Obtained a complete defense verdict in a defamation case against an individual supervisor and a multinational manufacturing company
- Prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in favor of a global retail company and successfully dismissed a former employee’s discrimination and retaliation claims
- Secured summary judgment in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and successfully dismissed a former employee’s discrimination claims against a security services contractor and an individual supervisor
